23 year-old man with acute appendicitis.

Diagnosis:

1. Acute appendicitis and periappendicitis with invasive fungi consistent with aspergillosis.
2. Acute myeloid leukemia.

Note that some aspects of this case could be difficult to diagnose without reference to clinical history.
